An elegant small ship built in 1992 and recently fully refurbished, the Island Sky is both a spacious and intimate expedition vessel. Guest accommodations aboard the 297-foot ship are provided in 53 well-appointed cabins, all with ocean views. Public spaces include a large lounge, elegant bar with piano, library stocked with fiction and regional reference books along with a selection of games, and a single-sitting dining room. Outside decks feature a bar, spa pool and aft sun deck where meals are served in pleasant weather. For excursions ashore, the Island Sky carries a fleet of Zodiacs. Bridge visits offer chance to see her expert officers and crew at work.
