Sea Adventurer - Classic Antarctica






The Sea Adventurer has a proud reputation as a well-appointed, elegant expedition ship for softer adventures. Built in 1975, she underwent a $13 million conversion in 1998. She accommodates 122 guests in 61 outside cabins, all featuring private facilities in a variety of categories. Cabins feature individual temperature controls, and in-room music. Comfortable public areas on the ship include a window-lined dining room, two bars and a lounge/presentation room.

Deposit: 20% (minimum $1000 per person) is required at time of booking. For any booking within 120 days of departure full payment is required.

Shipboard accommodations and one night pre-embarkation hotel accommodation in Ushuaia, meals from breakfast on Day 2 to breakfast on final day, coffee, tea and cocoa, all shore landings, optional snowshoeing, zodiac transfers and cruising per the daily program, services of Expedition Leaders and Team, guest speakers and ship’s crew, group transfer to the airport upon disembarkation, photographic journal on DVD, waterproof expedition boots on loan, a parka to keep, luggage handling aboard ship, miscellaneous service taxes and port charges, Emergency Evacuation Insurance to maximum benefit of USD $100,000 per person.
Also included with "Fly the Drake": flights between Punta Arenas & Antarctica, one pre & post night with breakfast in Punta Arenas, lunch prior to boarding or on charter flight to Antarctica, group transfer between hotel & airport in conjunction with the charter flight to/from Antarctica.

Travel to and from start and end point of trip, meals ashore except breakfast on Day 2, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages except coffee, tea, and cocoa, gratuities for Crew, Hospitality and Expedition Team members, passport and visa fees, optional activities (kayaking, mountaineering, camping or cross-country skiing), airport transfer on Day 1, items of a personal nature (shipboard and land telecommunications, souvenirs, laundry, etc.), airline baggage fees, government arrival and departure taxes, optional travel insurance.
